Women’s 101 Beginning Running Program

Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department will offer Women’s 101 Beginning Running classes this spring for adults. This training program is for run/walkers, beginning runners and intermediate runners and will cover topics like nutrition, injury prevention, shoes and running apparel, upper body weight training, stretching and related topics. Women’s 101 Beginning Running instructor Marlene Atwood is an ASEP/RRCA certified running coach.

Classes will meet in front of the Alpharetta Community Center on Wednesdays at 6:30pm beginning March 29, 2006. Sign up today and get ready to enjoy the full range of benefits that Women’s Running 101 can offer you!
